All the images on this site are copyrighted to me. I doubt anyone will really want to snatch any and make a fortune from having them plastered across a millions T-shits or turned into countless Athena posters. I they do want to well sadly they cannot.
Most of the images on this site are released under something called a Creative Commons licence. What does that mean? Well it means you are free to use any of them without asking me or paying me. However they do require the following.
1. Attribution. Give me a credit. If they become part of something that others might see then give me a credit and a link back to this site.
2. Non commercial. You CANNOT use them for commercial gain. So sorry T-shirt’s R US or Athena, you’re out of luck. However if by some incredible chance there is actually someone who does want to use something they see here commercially (stranger things have happened), then please feel free to e-mail me. I’m sure we can work something out.
3. Share alike. If you alter, transform, or build upon these images, you may distribute the resulting work only under a licence identical to this one. What I do for you, so you must do for others.
Amazingly there are people who actually ask me to photograph stuff for them, usually their kids. These images are NOT offered under any Creative Commons Licence. They are copyrighted to me and I reserve all rights. I may post a few here from time to time as examples of how good or bad I am. They’ll have a whopping great watermark on them and a clear copyright in the IPTC fields. Look at them but don’t touch.
